Meet the Founders
FemPhases was founded by registered nurses committed to improving women’s health education. Through clinical experience and patient support, they recognised the need for clearer information about hormones, fertility, pregnancy, symptoms and menopause.

Her academic background provides a solid foundation for both clinical practice and effective health education.
With an emphasis on menopause, hormonal health, and patient education, she has gained clinical experience in women’s health.
Additionally, Uju has completed additional professional training in women’s and sexual health, which has improved her ability to analyse, implement, and convey evidence-based medical information clearly and appropriately.
Uju is currently working as a practising nurse in the community, supporting patients with illness prevention, promoting public health, and providing home care to those who are most vulnerable. In accordance with current UK clinical guidelines and best practice standards, she works on community-based health initiatives, health education, and screening.
As the creators of Femphases, Uju is dedicated to enhancing health literacy by offering precise, fact-based information and useful tools. Her method helps women better understand their reproductive health and general well-being by emphasising safety, clarity, and informed decision-making.

She is committed to helping women gain a better understanding of their bodies and health, particularly in a society where misinformation can easily lead to uncertainty and anxiety.
Her approach focuses on evidence-based practice, but what matters most to her is that health information should be understandable, encouraging, and easily accessible. She recognises that women should get trustworthy advice that feels empowering rather than overpowering.
As a member of the Femphases team, Evelyn ensures that all material presented is accurate, up-to-date, and grounded in best practices, combining her clinical experience with a sincere dedication to women’s well-being.

He has contributed to the development of educational platforms focused on ovulation, fertility, and pregnancy, ensuring that the information is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with industry standards. He is in charge of checking and maintaining the quality of health information, ensuring it is accurate, pertinent, and safe for users.
